PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.
We accept the following payment methods: Klarna checkout and PayPal.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 30 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the contract concerns a custom-made product, we unfortunately cannot offer a right of withdrawal. Contact details to notify that you regret can be found at the bottom of the page.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The product is custom made. The item has been used during the cooling-off period so that due to its nature the item cannot be returned.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

RETURNS FOR BETA TESTERS
If you are a beta tester of a product, you have the right to return it for a refund if you are not satisfied with the product even if you have used it. However, you must return the product within the time frame specified in the beta tester information email. (Usually about 6 weeks) You are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself.

DELIVERIES
The delivery time is specified in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to the respective item.
Packages not collected:
For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 150.

RETURNS
Returns are at the customer's expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return the goods to us.
Repayment obligation:
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
