get started

Get started with Ohmonwifi
Standard - video below
Homeassistant - video at the bottom of the page

01

Connect a standard USB-micro charging cable to Ohmigo.ohmonwiofi and connect your phone to the device's WiFi network.

The network name looks like this: "Ohmigo.OhmOnWiFi.<number>".

When the phone is connected to the network, the configuration page will open automatically. If not, open a browser and type "http://192.168.4.1"

02

Click on "Settings" and then select your home network from the list. You will then need to enter the WiFi password, so have this handy. Then proceed with the settings you want to set. Mandatory settings are marked with *.

03

When you have filled in the settings you want to make, click "Save" at the bottom. Then wait while the settings are sent to Ohmigo Ohm On WiFi.

When everything is done, the device's WiFi network will disappear. Before the next step, you need to connect the device in your home that you want to control to the terminal on the Ohmigo Ohm On WiFi.

Read more about how to do this here.

04

Use the user interface. After connecting something to the terminal on the device, you can open the browser and type http://ohmonwifi.local to access the user interface. Here you can easily regulate which temperature the device should simulate using plus. and minus buttons.

05

If you want to use JSON responses for e.g. Home Assistance, you get access to API information and JSON at http://ohmonwifi.local/syntax.
